Who We Are

Since 1947, Kellner’s Fireworks Inc. has been a distributor of Consumer Fireworks and Display Fireworks , when our founder Robert S. Kellner, turned his love of all things pyrotechnic into Pennsylvania’s only fireworks wholesaler. From the early days, Kellner's Fireworks has always shot a show or two a year usually as a donated show to the local communities and VFD's. We had made it a practice being a wholesaler of fireworks to direct all firework show requests to our customers we felt confident would provide a good show and that they were in that area. A practice we still do to this day taking in all requests for current shows and our current customers locations. A win-win situation.

Due to a culmination of many different factors Peak Pyro Productions was created 2014. Increased requirements for transportation of hazardous materials, proper licensing and insurance costs unfortunatly put a strain on hobbyist pyrotechnicians. These pyrotechnicians out of the love of their hobby and joy of entertaining with pyro would do a show or two for usually a minimal charge to cover the product costs. More often then not they would even add more of their own money to make the show bigger!

So Kellner's decided to step in and help our customers. Fireworks shows that almost were no more were now taking in as a Peak Pyro show and therefore legal transportation, insurance provision and proper permits are taking care of by us. The best thing is when we can we provide the previous shooter the opportunity to still be a part of the show !

What to expect from a Peak Pyro Firework Show?

While other companies may focus on quantity of shells (shell count) we focus on quality. More doesn't always mean better. When we plan your firework show our goal is to make the best show we can for you based on location and budget. We use a variety of different effects and fancier shells to keep the audience engaged in the display and provide the "oohs and aahs".

 Our goal with Peak Pyro is simple: using our pyro “paint” we want to create a masterpiece on the canvas of the night sky making your special event DAZZLING!
